<lom:langstring xml:lang="de">Der aktuelle Lehrer:innenmangel bedingt, dass nicht nur pädagogisch ausgebildete Lehrpersonen unterrichten, sondern auch alternativ qualifizierte Personen, welche beim Berufseinstieg über keine pädagogische Grundausbildung verfügen. Die im Verbund Nord-Ost durchgeführte empirisch-quantitative Fragebogenerhebung nimmt vergleichend das Studienerleben von Quereinsteiger:innen sowie von Lehramtsstudierenden in den Blick. Besonders werden die Selbstwirksamkeitsüberzeugungen und das individuelle Kompetenzerleben vor dem Hintergrund des subjektiven Belastungserlebens in den Fokus genommen. Überdies werden die methodisch-didaktischen Vorstellungen und die individuelle Anstrengungsbereitschaft aufgezeigt. Die Ergebnisse belegen eine hohe subjektive Einschätzung des Kompetenzerlebens von Quereinsteigenden und bestätigen damit internationale Befunde. Quereinsteigende haben überdies gegenüber Lehramtsstudierenden eine signifikant höhere subjektive Selbstwirksamkeitsüberzeugung sowie tendenziell transmissivere Überzeugungen und Vorstellungen zur Unterrichtsgestaltung, sie bevorzugen eine frontale und weniger interaktive Unterrichtsgestaltung. Ihr subjektives Belastungserleben schätzen sie geringer ein.</lom:langstring>
