Zum Erfassen der damit verbundenen Wechselwirkungen eignen sich aufgrund der wechselseitigen Bedingtheiten zwischen Bildung und Mentoring insbesondere systemische Modelle, wie das Mehrebenenmodell von Helmut Fend.
