<lom:langstring xml:lang="de">Die Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung (SWE) spielt eine bedeutsame Rolle im professionellen Mentoring, da sie Handlungssicherheit, Reflexionsfähigkeit und pädagogische Wirksamkeit von Mentor*innen stärkt. Mentoring im Lehrberuf bezeichnet die professionelle Unterstützung angehender und berufseinsteigender Lehrpersonen durch Reflexion, Feedback und bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung. Das ao. Masterstudium Mentoring – Professionalisierung und Qualifizierung von Lehrpersonen befähigt Pädagog*innen für diese Aufgabe und wirkt laut den Ergebnissen des Forschungsprojekts positiv auf deren SWE. Die quantitative Längsschnittuntersuchung zeigt eine Steigerung der allgemeinen, beruflichen und lehrpersonenbezogenen Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung im Studienverlauf, wobei einzelne 
Dimensionen signifikante Veränderungen aufweisen. Dies unterstreicht die Bedeutung einer systematischen Mentor*innenausbildung für die Entwicklung professioneller Selbstwirksamkeit.</lom:langstring>
