<lom:langstring xml:lang="de">Das Projekt „Wohlfühlzone Schule in Kärnten“ widmet sich der systematischen Stärkung psychosozialer Gesundheit als Grundlage für gelingende Bildungsprozesse. Im Fokus stehen Schüler:innen, Lehrkräfte, Schulleitungen und nicht-pädagogisches Personal, deren Wohl
befinden maßgeblich die Qualität von Unterricht und Schulkultur beeinflusst. Aufbauend auf die Ergebnisse der HBSC-Studie (BMSGPK, 2023) sowie auf die Evaluationsergebnisse des Projekts respectful2gether (2020–2022) entwickelt die Pädagogische Hochschule Kärnten, Institut für Leadership und Management ein mehrdimensionales Programm. Dieses umfasst eine breit angelegte Sensibilisierung, niederschwellige Angebote an einzelnen Standorten sowie vertiefte Schulentwicklungsberatung. Der Beitrag stellt die theoretischen Grundlagen, die Projektarchitektur und die praktische Umsetzung dar und diskutiert Potenziale für eine nachhaltige Implementierung im österreichischen Schulwesen.</lom:langstring>
